Shipping policy

Bloomly Garden ships directly from the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days of receiving them.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 7 to 10 days.
Processing and delivery are separate stages, so the total time from placing
your order to receiving it is typically 8 to 13 days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our facility.
Tracking information may take a short time to become active.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will correct it
if the order has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, the address can
no longer be changed.

DELAYS
Carrier delays, weather, and public holidays can extend delivery beyond the
estimates above. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
